No, our pods do not completely remove pet hair, but they do help to loosen it from the washing machine. They contain proteins that dissolve hair, but we intentionally avoided making them too aggressive to ensure they cause NO damage to the washing machine itself.

Why doesn't the washing machine clean itself with detergent?

Where should I put the pod?

The pod should be placed directly into the drum of the washing machine. Do not place it in the detergent drawer.
