Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Less than 12 hours with priority shipping.

Shipping Times:

  • Italy: 7-9 business days
  • Europe: 8-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-12 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and any customs delays. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time.

Address Change:

You can change your address within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications. If we are unable to assist you, a penalty of 10 EUR per product will apply. We invite you to contact us via email to find the best solution, but we cannot change the address once the order has been processed.

Returns for Packages Returned to Sender:

If the package is returned to the sender due to failed delivery and the customer has not checked the tracking or was not present to receive it, a penalty of 10 EUR per product will be charged to arrange a new shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct information and monitor tracking to be present at the time of delivery. We will not issue refunds for issues not caused by ReviveDrum.

Return Policy:

We are confident you will love our ReviveDrum, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 90 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to ReviveDrum.
Any delays compared to customer expectations, but within our expected times, do not constitute a valid reason for return.
