We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, exclusively in case of defects or manufacturing issues.
If more than 30 days have passed since the package was delivered, we cannot offer any refund or replacement.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item has a manufacturing defect or a clear functional problem.

The item is in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

⚠️ We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

Customer change of mind, even if the order is still in transit or has already been received.

Failure to collect the package or refusal of delivery for reasons not related to a defect.

Product damaged due to misuse, tampering, or wear and tear.

Shipments placed in storage due to the recipient's absence or unresponsiveness to the courier.
In these cases, the responsibility lies solely with the customer, who must contact the courier for any complaints.
📬 Delivery Issues and Storage
Once the package is shipped, responsibility passes to the courier.
In case of unsuccessful delivery due to absence or lack of cooperation from the customer, the package will be placed in storage or returned to the sender.
ReviveDrum is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or service disruptions related to storage.
The customer is responsible for contacting the courier for any resolutions.
💸 Shipping Costs for Returns
If your return is approved, you will need to ship the item at your own expense to our warehouse located in China.

We recommend using trackable shipping: we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
🔁 Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to make a replacement for the same item, please write to us at: info@revivedrum.com to receive instructions.
💳 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
If the product is eligible (defective or non-compliant), the refund will be approved and processed within 7–14 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
